These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MSlide (“we,” “our,” “us”), a framework and service developed by Blastoff Digital, located at Alexanderveld 5, 2585 DB, The Hague, Zuid Holland, The Netherlands.

By accessing or using mslide.bod.nu and related MSlide services, demonstrations, or implementations (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About MSlide

MSlide is a structured content framework designed for interactive menus, catalogs, presentations, digital brochures, information displays, and other content-driven experiences.

MSlide may be provided as:

• Demonstration environments

• Hosted implementations

• Custom deployments

• Framework-based solutions

depending on the requirements of each project.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use MSlide only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Distribute malicious software or harmful content

• Use the Service for unlawful activities

• Misrepresent your identity or business

3. Intellectual Property

The MSlide name, framework architecture, demonstrations, designs, templates, documentation, and related materials remain the property of Blastoff Digital unless otherwise stated.

Clients retain ownership of content they provide, including text, images, videos, branding, product information, and other business materials.

4. Demonstrations & Examples

MSlide may provide demonstration environments, preview links, sample projects, or example implementations.

These demonstrations are provided for informational and evaluation purposes only.

Features, layouts, and functionality shown within demonstrations may change without notice and may differ from final implementations.

5. Client Content

Clients are responsible for all content submitted, uploaded, or published through MSlide implementations.

Blastoff Digital is not responsible for inaccuracies, copyright issues, pricing errors, or legal claims arising from client-supplied content.

6. Availability

We strive to keep MSlide services available and operational.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Search Engines & AI Systems

Content published through publicly accessible MSlide implementations may be indexed by search engines and referenced by AI systems.

Blastoff Digital cannot guarantee search rankings, visibility, traffic levels, citations, recommendations, or business outcomes resulting from publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blastoff Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of MSlide.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of any active service agreement related to the implementation in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
